Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive, confidential space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling stressed, stuck or simply not like yourself, this is a place to slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we work at your pace gently unpacking patterns, building awareness, and developing practical ways to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
I support individuals across a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression and trauma. You may be experiencing constant worry, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy can help you understand these responses, regulate your emotions, and develop tools to feel more grounded and in control.
I also work with men navigating pressure around identity, emotions, and relationships, as well as women facing challenges related to self-worth, burnout, life transitions, or feeling stretched across multiple roles.
Workplace stress, career uncertainty, and burnout are common concerns, particularly when work begins to impact your wellbeing or relationships at home. For parents, therapy can offer support in managing the emotional load, strengthening connection with your children, and responding to challenges with greater calm and intention.
