Meet Ursula Adams
Ursula is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 13+ years' experience, offering trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling to individuals and couples across the Northern Rivers region. She's passionate about supporting clients in Murwillumbah and the surrounding community to feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward, at their own pace.
Meet Bertie, our resident therapy dog
During sessions at our Murwillumbah office, you may also be greeted by Bertie, a gentle, calm presence who often sits in on sessions and can bring a real sense of comfort and ease, especially for clients who find it grounding to have an animal nearby. Many clients find that Bertie helps take the edge off those first-session nerves.
Of course, not everyone wants a dog in the room, and that's completely okay. If you'd prefer a session without Bertie, just let us know when you book (or at any point), your comfort always comes first.
Mental Health Care

We're happy to liaise with your GP as part of your care, ask us or your GP for details on getting started.
