How I Can Help
No Matter What You're Going Through
Everyone's path to counselling looks different. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through trauma, or simply need somewhere to start, you're welcome here. Below are some of the areas I support, explore whichever feels most relevant to you, or reach out if you're not sure where to begin.
Areas I Support
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if counselling is right for me?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want extra support navigating something difficult, counselling can help, you don't need a crisis to justify starting.
Do I need a referral to book?
No, you're welcome to self-refer at any time. A GP referral (Mental Health Treatment Plan) simply opens up Medicare rebate eligibility if you'd like to use it.
Is telehealth as effective as in-person counselling?
Yes. Many clients find telehealth just as valuable as in-person sessions, offering the same quality of support with more flexibility around where and when you attend.
What if I'm not sure which area fits what I'm going through?
That's completely okay, many people come to counselling with more than one thing on their mind. Reach out and we can talk through what kind of support might suit you best.
