A Safe Space to Feel Heard & Supported

Therapy is not about fixing you.

It's about creating space to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and build meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe every person deserves a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine understanding.

Whether you're facing a difficult season, experiencing uncertainty, or seeking personal growth, therapy can provide the support needed to move forward with confidence.

WHY FEARLESS FOOTSTEPS

The name Fearless Footsteps isn't about being fearless all the time. It's about finding the courage to take the next step, even when things feel uncertain.

Healing, growth, and change rarely happen all at once. More often, they happen through small, intentional steps taken over time. Every conversation, every insight, and every decision to seek support is a step forward.

Fearless Footsteps was created to provide a supportive space where those steps can begin.

My Vision

To create a practice where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves, strengthen their resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Life Beyond The Therapy Room

Outside of counselling, you'll often find me exploring trails, running through the mountains, hiking, or embracing new challenges in nature.

Over the years, trail running has taught me many of the same lessons that guide my therapeutic work — resilience, courage, self-compassion, and the importance of taking one step at a time.

Whether navigating a challenging race, climbing a mountain, or supporting clients through life's difficulties, meaningful growth often happens through small and consistent steps forward.

These experiences continue to shape my perspective on wellbeing, connection, and personal growth.

Featured Podcasts & Stories

I've had the opportunity to share my experiences as both a mental health professional and endurance athlete through podcasts, interviews, and published articles exploring resilience, wellbeing, community, and personal growth.

A Personal Note

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step.

Whether you're navigating a difficult period, experiencing relationship challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, you're welcome here.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

My hope is that our work together helps you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want to create.

I look forward to meeting you.
